POSAXchange is a mobile app which seamlessly connects leading POS Systems like Square, Lightspeed, Heartland Retail and NCR Counterpoint with marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart. The app provides recommendations on the items to list on Marketplaces. The app enables the retailers to sell their items on Marketplaces and in-store with the sales, inventory, items and price data fully synced to their POS in real time. This enables the retailers to maintain their POS system as a single book of record.
POSAXchange provides a real time dashboard to view all orders and take action on orders like cancellation, returns etc.
Customers are provided with a dedicated customer support to help them with smooth on-boarding, choosing items to list and order management.

- Very useful data points are made available for each items listed which includes Sale data of that item in Marketplace, re-order levels etc.
POSAXchange has extensive Order Management features. These include :
- Fetching of orders from Marketplaces in real time.
- Syncing of orders into POS in real time.
- Display of all orders on POSAXchange Orders Dashboard
- Dashboard shows all stages of Order: From New to Complete

- Shipment Tracking ID may be fetched from POS or can be entered in the app and is synced back to the marketplace.
POSAXchange provide real time data sync features which ensure that the following data is always up-to-date :
- New Orders coming from Marketplaces
- Cancellations
- Returns which have been initiated, are getting processed or are complete.
- As all orders are synced in real time, Merchant Fulfilled (MF) orders are completed in POS. This data is the synced back from POS to Marketplace, thereby completing the order.
- Inventory is always synced back to Marketplace in real time ensuring accurate inventory numbers in POS as well as Marketplace.
- The App sends notification when inventory reaches re-order levels.
POSAXchange provides all customers with dedicated live customer support. This comprises of the following :
- Support during on-boarding which includes setting up connections to POS, Marketplace etc.
- Guiding and helping the customers during item listing.
